It is a hot, hot day... GLO is going to the Nike Camp today, with his friend. We were early, waited a little while, toured a little bit by the river. The site is beautiful. There are actually two entries: Trophy Gate and Stony Gate. We went to the Trophy gate initially, which is really grand. It was the wrong entrance though. We have to get back to 9W N for the other entrance via Stony Gate. I would like to come back for a more relaxing weekend to tour the place. LO likes the town. Well, he thought it would be a good retirement place. Every little town we went, he considered a good retirement place. :) GLO was a bit worry about the competent level of all the campers here. Yes, I failed to tell him that it is a drill camp for advance player. Hey, what the heck, he is going to make it, just need to work a little bit harder.

BLO performed @ music camp

BLO really progressed a lot over the past year in his music skills. His voice is beautiful. He sang part of Hush, little baby in solo. My babysitter, who adores him, went to tear, hearing her little boy sang so beautifully. He was also playing piano in an ensemble with a violinist and Celloist. He played beautifully. Then, he was playing as violinist in a quartet. He was the lead violinist. Of course, he played very well. I am so proud of him progressing so well during the past year. He only started violin since October of last year, and he sounded like he had been playing violin for three of four years already. BLO the star... we love you!

Eager to go home!

I was at the LAX airport waiting for the red eye flight for about 6 hours. Yes, I was ready to go home... The flight returning home was very uncomfortable. After 6 hours of sit time at the airport, I seriously not feeling comfortable to sit for another 6 hours. The movie they played was the same movie when I flew from JFK to SFO... I did not sleep much at all during the entire flight back.

A great evening @Hollywood Bowl. A must go when I come back with kids

Wed. Jul 12, 8:00 PM Jazz at the Bowl, Latin Jazz Night: India, Arturo Sandoval & Cachao Cachao and Arturo were amazing. I did not really know Cachao or Arturo before I went to the concert. But, their performance really inspired me. Arturo can play so many music instruments. I was thinking, of course, he has his lifetime to learn all these instruments. And if I am an musician, I would probably do the same. I can see his passion with music. In my next life, I seriously want to be an artist as my career. India was great too. I had India's CD, which I did not enjoy as much, but seeing her live performance was a different thing. It was a great evening. Hollywood Bowl is a great place for concert. In New York, we cannot really conduct any conversation during a lot of concerts. Over at the Hollywood bowl, the sound system is so great, I can have conversation with my friends, and still be able to listen to the concert, while not bothering other audiences. The one thing we

Best time in NYC (April 8 - 15, 2006)

Sat - It was rainy date. We checked into the Manhattan Club. Just relax. Sun - China town in the morning, Intreped in the afternoon, Columbia Circle mall at the evening. LO went back home at the evening. Mon - Babysitter came to take the kids to Central Park, so I can work. We went to Columbia Circle mall and have a swell time at Samsung demo store until the store actually closed. BLO forgot the tamagotchi at the store. GLO was kind enough to go back to the store and claim his beloved toy. We also ate in a Japanese restaurant nearby. Tues - China town with grand father and babysitter. I left work early, and tour the lovely Central Park and see all the famous spots in most movies. LO joint us in the evening for Empire States Observatory and enjoy the Broadway nightlife walk ... GLO was so excited about the neon lights of the 'Banners' at the Time Square. He was truly excited and really happy. Wed - Babysitter and kids went for Rockefeller Tour in the morning. I

It has been so long...

It has been so long I did not blog. GLO discovered what I wrote, and was upset that I wrote about him. So, I stopped. However, I think I missed so much of our life not recording. Last night, I was trying out Yahoo 360, and their photo service. I was using a very, very old computer. Looking for photo to upload, I discover some very old digital photo take back in 2001. Just about 5 years ago. What a moment. The kids were so little, so adorable. Oh, what a beautiful moment! BLO was so cute... He was the happiest, cutest little one. I am going to start to blog again. I have to record all the wonderful moments of my life, with my family. They are all so beautiful, and there is nothing wrong about sharing beautiful moments, right?
